Here's a couple of my favourite simple do-it-yourself at home recipes for natural summer wellbeing.
What you will need
Ingredients & equipment:
> Cool Down Spray - Tap water and 25 drops pure Peppermint Essential Oil**
> After Sun Soothing Spray - 1 & 1/2 cups Aloe Vera Juice, 60 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil, 1 & 1/2 tspn Vitamin E, 25 drops pure Lavender Essential Oil**
> A 500 ml glass spray bottle for each spray
** These are the ratios of essential oil to carrier oil that I use, however, I would use less for small children, elderly or anyone with sensitivities. Refer to an accurate dilution guide for the specific brand of essential oils that you use.

How to make
Method:
1 Add all the ingredients to the glass spray bottle and shake gently to combine.
2 You may also like to add a label sticker (to be able to easily identify what's in the bottle).
How to use
Guidelines for best results:
> Shake before use to combine.
> Cool Down Spray - Spray on body to cool down.
> After Sun Soothing Spray - Spray on skin as needed to enjoy its soothing benefits.
