Make your own natural facial scrub

It's so easy to make amazing natural & inexpensive beauty products yourself at home that actually work! Here's a favourite simple do-it-yourself at home recipe idea.

What you will need

Ingredients & equipment:

>  1/2 Cup sugar (the finer grain the better)

>  3 Tablespoons Avocado oil

>  5-7 drops pure Grapefruit Essential Oil

>  5 drops pure Lavender Essential Oil

>  A little bowl to mix & store

Here are the very special essential oils I use, trust, represent & support amazing women (& blokes) around the world with using:

How to make

Method:

1   Mix all the ingredient in the bowl.

How to use

Guidelines for best results:

>  Firstly, wash face

>  Apply small amount to face

>  Use light pressure to spread the scrub in circular motions, being careful to avoid the delicate area around the eyes

>  Once the scrub has been applied to your face & lips, rinse with warm water and dry gently with a clean towel

>  Follow up by applying a hydrating serum and/or moisturiser.

Note:

This recipe makes enough for about 5 facial scrub applications, or you can also use as an all over body scrub. It may be stored and preserved in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Much love,

xAnthea
